Detailed Introduction

Scope of Application:

     The lighting fixture complies with GB 26755-2011 "Fire Mobile Lighting Equipment" and GB 7000.1-2015 "Luminaires - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests". It mainly consists of a lamp panel assembly, lifting pole, air pump, generator, control panel, base, and other components. The bottom of the lifting pole is equipped with a manual emergency pressure release device. It is suitable for various large-scale construction operations, emergency repairs, disaster relief, and other on-site mobile lighting applications in industries such as railways, electric power, public security, firefighting, oil fields, metallurgy, and petrochemical enterprises.

Performance Features:

1. The lamp panel is composed of four 100W high-efficiency LED lamps. Depending on the on-site needs, the lamps can be evenly distributed on the panel to illuminate in four different directions. Each lamp can also be manually adjusted up, down, left, and right with a wide angle for 360° omnidirectional lighting. If all four lamps need to illuminate in the same direction, the entire lamp panel can be manually flipped toward the desired direction and rotated 360° left or right around the cylinder axis.

2. The fixture uses a pneumatic aluminum alloy telescopic cylinder as the lifting mechanism. The maximum height of the lifting pole can reach 4.5m. The lifting process is smooth and can be reliably locked at the set position. The descent features a damping function to prevent free fall. The overall lighting covers both near and far distances, with a lighting radius of 45-100 meters.

3. Wireless remote control allows turning the lamps on and off within a range of 50 meters. During normal operation, the noise level at 7 meters around the generator does not exceed 76dB.

4. Equipped with a 2.2KW gasoline generator set, a full tank of fuel allows continuous operation for over 13 hours. It can also be directly connected to 220V mains power for extended illumination.

5. The lamp panel, cylinder, and generator set form an integrated structure. The generator base is equipped with directional wheels and universal wheels with brakes, and rail wheels can be installed. It has good anti-tilt performance and a push handle, allowing it to operate on uneven roads and remain securely fixed on slopes.

6. The entire unit is made of high-quality metal materials with a compact structure. It has passed high-temperature tests, low-temperature tests, constant humidity tests, alternating humidity tests, rain tests, and vibration tests, ensuring normal operation in various harsh environments and climatic conditions. It is rainproof, water-resistant, and has a wind resistance rating of level 8.

7. Limiting Performance: The lifting system has a limiting function. After reaching the maximum height, the lifting pole should not drop more than 1cm within 6 hours. When placed on a slope of no less than 15°, the generator set shows no fuel or gasoline leakage, and the fixture operates normally.
